"So what are you eating?"
Everyone's heard of the Master Cleanse where you drink nothing but water with cayenne pepper and maple syrup, or the Cabbage Soup Diet or the juice fast or all the others on the market so it's not surprising that the #1 question I was getting asked while doing the Ultimate Reset was, "So what are you eating?" Well, here's the answer!

It looks really good overall - but how are you not flipping hungry between meals?

I really wasn't hungry at all. You eat 3 meals a day and some of the portions are HUGE! Yesterday I had to split my lunch in 1/2 and eat the rest as a snack. There were also optional snacks everyday, but I only ate about 1/2 of them. And trust me, I used to eat A LOT! I was a 5-6 meal a day all day grazer. This really helped me learn what was real hunger and what was "I'm bored" or "why not" eating.
