Anyone want to take a guess at what the first ingredient is in these little "complete balanced nutrition" packets of marketing BS are? Hint: It's NOT going to get you "strong on the inside".
This is also a great example of how marketers use buzz words to try and trick people into thinking their product is healthy. See that? Omega 3's, Vitamins and minerals, #1 Doctor Recommended, Gluten-Free, Suitable for Lactose Intolerance.... So it's got to be healthy, right? Wrong.
So know it's up to you. What do you do? Ignore it? Get angry at marketers? Get angry at yourself? Or use this to make better food choices in the future?
Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up if you have a fridge full of this crap and you thought you were doing your body good. You've been lied to for a very long time. But now you know. Now you have the power to make better choices and not let these companies fool you. YOU are now in control!
I really hope this helped you today. If you feel that anyone would benefit from it, please feel free to share this and spread the knowledge!
